Deviled Eggs for two

Deviled eggs are one of my husbands favorite appetizers. The problem is, if I make a big batch, he will eat them all, and then feel crummy afterwards. I have started making a smaller batch. 2 full eggs each. It is the perfect amount for 2 people. 

4 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1/8 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
Salt and pepper, for taste
Paprika, for garnishing

Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Whisk together yolks mayonnaise, and mustard. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture. I squeeze it through a ziplock bag. Garnish with paprika. Store covered in refrigerator until serving time. 

Romantic Tip:
Make a list of the special days on the calendar that you celebrate together. 
What day did you meet, What is your yearly anniversary, or even the anniversary of your first kiss. On these days make a point to spend some quality time together. Cook a special meal and toast to the special occasion.
