Quick Easy Hummus Cups

In this day and age there is technology everywhere. There is almost never a time when you aren't tweeting, facebooking, texting, skyping, tumbling, pinning, etc. I am just as guilty as the next person. However, ever since we moved to our love nest downtown, I have taken steps to turn the media off in the evening. It has helped a lot. We spend more time walking, playing games, exploring. I really recommend you try some media free time when you are with your love. You might be surprised at how turning the media off, turns your partner on.

Romantic Tip: Set up a “media free” day/evening so you can fully focus attention on a loved one.

Now on to today's food.... Yesterday I brought you some yummy Hummus. Today I am bringing you an easy appetizer you can throw together using that hummus. They are the perfect thing to throw together for you and your love to munch on while you are preparing the main meal. Healthy and easy. Enjoy!
